Good point. I think the deal will go ahead, considering Geofinance Shareholders still have to approve the deal, which could take months.
Like Suncor acquiring PetroCanada, Once the deal is finalize, Schlumberger will evaluate Geofinance assets and may sell the non-core assets, and this could takes months which could buy us time to build up productions
