RE: Welcome aboard IOP42

RE: Welcome aboard IOP42While it's sad to see Oromin losing steam daily, the pure share value is low compared to its potential. The other party in the JV is a private party and they have to succeed to get paid. Any operation in a new hot zone having over 5M ounces (with OLE having a bit less than half that directly) should be worth more than 100M market cap. If they can come out with a nice feasibility study and relatively low capital cost of a mill, then this stock should move up big time.

With a 5000 tpd operation that can do 7000 tpd for the first year (or two), Oromin could become a 100k ounce yearly producer. That should bring in about 30 cents in yearly cash flow with as much as 40 cents for the first two years. That's with considerable exploration potential left, which could result in Oromin having as much as 10M ounces of gold.
