Giustra is the slimeist of slimeballs out there. What a total rippoff to existing shareholders.

I am hoping this does not go through and that Finsky sues the f*** out of the BOD.
Do we get to vote on this. It says 40% of existing shareholders approved. they sure as hell didnt come to me?
