  Yes very well put, it would take me a good half hour to type up what you did, Here,s a thought as you did mention mgmt giving themselves options. How about say options at say a dollar and that would get them motivated to get this thing into gear. I did see that they cancelled all thiers at 1-3 dollars. As a SH (yes I still am) to see this stock wittle away and then mgmt decide they will reward themselves with some new options at say 50-60 cents is a kick in the teeth to us(remember we are using our own money to buy and not cashing in on options) and yes I believe this stock is cheap  at the low sixties and should probably be sitting closer to a dollar.
