That's the part that is difficult to figure out...
Gold stocks will be no good, since you need get cash through a bank...
the Hard asset will be used as a medium of barter...

However, it is conceivable that a Technocratic form of currency, based on NET ENERGY, could develop to replace the empty fiat we currently use (although, some may argue that our present cash is a claim on future labour, I contend that it is based on CREDIT DEBT since the formula is P<P+I)...

We'll see soon enough... the American creation of currency has gone parabolic, so if its value isn't destroyed by a mass movement (as in Rollover), then it will be destroyed by the exponentially increasing quantity of Fiat  and the limited amount of OIL that remains in the world (since there is a loose connection of the US$ to Oil)...

I suppose the SDR option is a potential scenario, though...
the creation of the SUPER-Fiat reserve currency... but that will be determined in December when it is re-weighted...
