this was a huge step for you guys. Probably very little down side while you wait for lula to get his act together.  Still watching carefully for the weak hands to bring it down if it doesnt happen as soon as theyd like. I´ll be a big buyer at 6 bucks (i should be so lucky!)  Still consider serra pelada the best pgm play on the planet.  
Would love to be in when the mettallurgical question gets resolved. That would be some serious derisking taken care of.
