Take care OceanRanger, management troubles can be the kiss of death for the best projects. Changing one manager may just be the tip of the iceberg. If you want an example take a look at the BVG chart. Great property, fabulous drill results (gold and silver) and terrible market. I got out in the .80's 2 years ago, but I bought it around , $1.10. It is now $.30 and they have had more good drill results!
Just be very careful and do your own due dili on management. They are the most important part of any project.
