1.- There is currently a bubble in precious metals and gold will most likely come off from its highs.

2.- There is absolutely no retail interest in this stock.

3.- You are buying into a complete unknown - you might as well hit the crap table at the Casino. If anything you are riding on faith in management, which brings me to the next point,

4.- The management has proven to be self-serving and completely inept at Investor Relations and transparent communication.
