When the stock hit $1,00 in 2006, there were only 60 million shares outstanding ... with over 160 million out (Plus warrants) that translates into a 30 to 35 cent SP today. If we're lucky it might go that high after an accord but it won't happen over night. There will be ample opportunity to buy after an accord is reached and before drilling starts.
IMO The risk/reward post accord is exponentially higher than it is today, even if it costs you 25 or 30 cents a share then.
Smart gamblers only bet when the odds are in their favour, all the rest will lose over time.
