...and still inexpensive!

...and still inexpensive!the beauty is that the share price can still triple from here and still the stock is not expensive (see copy from an earlier post below).
And when met coal price for the 2nd contract is renegotiated after 3 months and comes in at (conservatively estimated) U$200 and we assume that this contract is 50% of their production, then annual net income is
2Q10: 0.039 USD
3Q10: 0.054 USD
4Q10: 0.054 USD
1Q11: 0.054 USD
total: 0.20 USD
5x 0.20 = 1.00 CAD
STILL VERY CHEAP in the 0.30s!
old posting:
monthly production: 12000t
net income per tonne: 65USD
shares out, fully diluted: 60 millions
12000t/month x 65USD x 12months / 60mill.shares = USD0.15 per year
for simplicity: 1 CAD = 1 USD
1x 0.15 = 0.15CAD
2x 0.15 = 0.30CAD (roughly current share price)
3x 0.15 = 0.45CAD
5x 0.15 = 0.75CAD
7x 0.15 = 1.05CAD
10x 0.15 = 1.50CAD
