 Well a leopard can not change its spots. Severstal is doing it all over again late filings, saying one thing and doing another.
I think I will wait on the sidelines or maybe at CRU  to grab a few bucks as this will probably flop for a couple of weeks to a month or more till the russians make some more waves with Bluecone or whatever else they have to intimidate the markets.
