.90 is a sweet entry, nice job! I have a modest 3k @ 1.05 but loaded 500 today just to test the water, I certainly don't mind loading up @ 1.50 when TD's 2.00 mark will surely be met. A TD report that came out on Tuesday stated "While we expected Northstar to successfully refinance its credit facility, the upcoming maturity of the company’s primary source of financing represented a material risk, in our view, and a meaningful overhang on Northstar shares." Coupled with the fantastic earnings I believe the sails are set..  What is your take on the buyout possibility? It looks as though NAS is not in need of a take over so I suspect that we are in growth mode.
