I believe RR will take out BYV straight up with no joint venture. Why pay BYV cash and pay for all drilling just to prove up more gold around RR's main deposit and then have to pay a premium for the rest of the outstanding shares. RR needs to close up the loose ends before they are taken out. They could easily buy BYV for 12 million cash and 12 million in RR shares since RR's share has risen to $6 very little dilution would happen.
P.S. THIS DRILL PROGRAM IS NOT STOPPING AT 8 HOLES.
