RE: CAN WE SUE CREW OR ENDEAVOR FOR INSIDE TRADES?
RE: CAN WE SUE CREW OR ENDEAVOR FOR INSIDE TRADES?"dirty inside trading going on here"?????
How can you sue Crew? They are a publicly traded entity, what have they done wrong?
Sue Endeavour? What for, moving the stock price from $.12 to $.50 by buying and reporting their purchases within days? You don't complain when the insiders drive the stock up. It's when they sell, drive the price down and don't report when you complain.
Just because you are stupid enough to believe the hype on this board doesn't give you the right to sue anybody.
Believing there is going to be a "feeding frenzy" or a "bidding war" and that Endeavour has to own over 50% to be successful is garbage. All they need is a significant share and have a "committed" partner to vote their shares on their side.
Maybe you can sue Sevestral for not moving their bid from $.19 to $.50?
Sevestral is trying to get the board booted out based on their twenty something percent. They're trying to imply that the remaining shareholders will vote on their side. Thats laughable. Might want to check on the HRG board and see how much they like being under the Russian thumb.
At least Endeavour has a plan to include shareholders and not try to muscle them out. Nobody had to sell the millions of shares that EDV bought but they did.
All I can say is it looks like a bunch of new traders have hit the markets armed with the family tax free savings accounts aiming to make a million.
There are posts here that have a 4 rating which don't even have anything written in them? How does that happen...someone giving their own posts a 5 out of 5??
My only question is how long it will take for EET and CRU to be one company.
