I got the Dundee analyst's report in full as a pdf from the investorvillage trusts board.  Usully I click onto this board for WRK, so I completely missed the iv WRK related threads.  You post there a bit as well, I see.  I prefer Stockhouse, with all of its warts and eyesores, for single stock discussion.  I look forward to your views on AFFO with respect to depreciation and amortization.  Please do not conflate my dislike of Underwood with my distaste for "non-cash" D&A add back in the determination of AFFO coverage of distributions. 

I would've gone into more ranting and raving detail on Riocan's out of character AFFO gap, but I wanted to focus more on the D&A issue rather than how it is compounded by compensation incentives and US REIT financial trail blazing.
