Thoughts for the futureThe way we look at a company differs like the way we think. Some are astonished by the administrative costs of 2009. If you look at 2008, they are less in 2009 by $64,000 .
If we look at the annual report, the cash flow is positive: $ 6,135,000. If we look further and read between the lines, Tulawaka will still be producing in 5 years from here: enough reserves for the 2 next yeras; underground exploration progarm in 2010 and 2011 to replace these reserves and for the ones who don't carefully read, an infill drilling program on the West zone; infill drilling is the last stage before designing the way you will mine this pit. So depending of the advance of this one, the production could start in 2011 or 2012.
But the most important, is the budget for Tanzania exploration and Anita development $ 9 M. It means 12,000 metres of drilling. They did about 4000 metres in 2009. And 2 things retain my attention. There is a continuity of 30 kilometers between all the properties MDN got at the east of Tulawaka and Isambara is huge by its size; 3 kms by 4 kms. Drill, drill, drill on Isambara, Ikungu, Vyionza and Msassa with a continuity of 4 km on that one. We need to be patient; Tanzania is on the verge to deliver in the next 2 or 3 years from here. At the end of 2010, after all this drilling, the geologists will have a better view of these promising properties. For me, Isambara is the one, but with the 30 kilometers strike we could get some surprise in this area when the information will be available. There is no magic bullet in exploration. You have to work hard and it takes time to get a mine. But what I'm seeing of Marc Boisvert right now, because he is a prudent guy is very encouraging for the next year or so.
