We think the reality is they need to secure higher grades to blend with Shakesspeare. Whether this comes from one of the other properties at some point, one can not answer at this point. With such a scenario, the game would change and the 10 million mill cost overhang would lift as now it become viable. RS needs to look beyong the short term. The concept of the mill might be beyond grasp at current but you know how fast things can change with a new plan.
The game changer they already have. They have to get to higher grades. That would eliviate Xstratas blending. They would also benenfit on higher tonnage/ year. 200K tonnes per year is not going to do it. 800K to 1000K tonnes is a completely new picture. Think bigger Richard. You would have recieved a few phone calls of late.
