House 11

House 11Currently MacQuarie is sitting with 170,500 shares on the buy side, zero on the sell side.  I know that a lot of their volume today came from one single trade, yet I still take it as a bullish sign when they are buying and not selling.  Usually good things for the stock price follow after MacQuarie fills their boots.

Today is a slow day what with half the world (the lazy half) taking today off.  Hopefully tomorrow we get some updates out of Brazil, I for one am tired of the rhetoric  (which Latin American politicians seem to love even more than their North American counterparts) about everyone wanting to see something happen, and would like to actually see something happen.  It sounds like the latest hurdle of an installation licence is just a formality, but something that has to happen before Lula can be Santa Claus and show up with a mining permit in his sack.  At any rate, MacQuarie's buying today suggests to me that they are betting on this news coming sooner rather than later.
