Service Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust. The Company operates through two segments: hotel investments and net lease investments. It owns a portfolio of hotels and net lease service and necessity-based retail properties. The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

RE: RE: RE: The Street...I don't know but overall I get a more aggressive positive tone over the last while.  News releases coming more often.  A tuesday earnings report over a thursday for the first time in over a year.And to be candid what did they lose.  I have not heard of any losses in regards to customers. So all things being equal we are pointing to an upside with any new wins bringing extra income.  That is not to say that there is an unknown quantity here but I have not had a sniff of anything negative other than Bladerunner which in my view is a positive.

So if they have the status quo then earnings should be better than last year at this time with a good chance for upside. Being out of the stock would hurt if the expected results are good. And if by some chance they are not, the future sales and the fact that we are at a relative early stage of an area in which Sandvine is one of the dominant players, would translate to a very limited down side. When you are getting tier 1 contracts you are showing everyone you have the goods. This is not about if but when.  If I were a betting man, and I am in this case, I would not bet against Sandvine tomorrow.
