At some point in time, as a manager you are forced to work with what you have and make the best of it. You think you can do it better. Feel free to try. Again, dont get me wrong. Freedom of speech. But I dont get the point of you consistently accusing. I could only think of one reason. But I am not in the accusing business.
Lets face it. Management decisions, inducing loss of jobs, drop of shareprice or dilution are not popular, but sometimes they are necessary. You said it yourself: read the 2009 report. They were close to die. So what would you do?
Please back up your accusations with facts (from the present) and I will be very pleased to read them w/o prejudice.
