Stormont Disclosed Sale of Shares

Would someone, in the know, kindly advise whether the family recipients of the disclosed Stormont/Briden PRIVATE sale of 2+M shares are under the same OSC disclosure regulations as is the seller. Not knowing the answer to this leaves me wondering whether any part of the 2+M shares hitting the market on Monday originated as a result of the disclosed sale to family and then from family to market.
