Tree shake or stupid trading?

Tree shake or stupid trading?I noticed TD dumped 75K on the market today, I am thinking it was someone blowing out stock to cover a margin call somewhere else, as it was just plain stupid trading otherwise.  At any rate - the stock recovered nicely.  Anyone out there have any updates?  I am still sitting in the dark here.  Tks.  Also - don't bother posting cryptic "buyout imminent" posts - it's just a waste of everyone's time unless you've got something to back it up.
