I am also of the opinion that if they were going to do it, maybe do it after their revenues have shown profitability and that should translate to a higher share price and a smaller ratio of consolidation would possible. The part that I don't like is that even with a consolidation, history has shown that many companies just start printing more shares all over again to finance this and that and line this guy's pocket and that guy's pocket.
Remember this stock was in the double digits ten years ago and look at where that got us!
I just think that it is a bad idea, that's all!!
