We have LWC tradeing 1000's of shares/day and then 2 days before the placement announcement we have above 1.5 million shares being traded for 2 days, you sell at .03-.035 hopeing to buy back in at .02 after the placement announcement. Somehow management does a placement at .05cts....your plan backfires...oops.

This is just my thinking and mine alone, I have no proof and in the end the only thing I really care about is getting my money back out of this.

BTW, who would buy 10 million shares at .05 when you can buy them on the market for less? Yes you would drive the s/p up, but I wouldn't be suprised if you could have picked up 10,000,000 for a .04 average.
