RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: # of sharesI hate feeding a troll with a response, but I have to respond to this.

Yes, Prognoz was written down - in the past. However, Severstal has Prognoz in their own FS's, so I am pretty sure it is not being written down again. Also, it's against GAAP to write something like Prognoz down and I am pretty sure KPMG wouldn't allow it or else they would threaten to give a qualified opinion which is something Severstal wouldn't even want.  I'm pretty sure you have no idea what your talking about.

You realize there are enforceable rules to Financial Statements right? You realize that KPMG will not go against GAAP or IFRS for Severstal (see Arthur Anderson and Enron)?

Prognoz will not be written down again.

Going to the stock price, not sure how this stock will fall. The FS's on Thursday are going to be good as they will reflect the unaudited numbers that HRG released on the 30th. Honestly, the worst that can happen in my head is that the stock goes up by only 4 - 5% and the volume stays the same. If that's the worst scenerio, than I'm pretty sure this is a good stock to hold on for at least a week more. Right now, there isn't much risk.

If you want to short the stock, nobody is stopping you. Do it, provide evidence, and once HRG plummets we'll all bow down to your genius.
