Vaaldiam Mining Inc. owns 10.6 million shares of Flemish Gold Corporation, a private related-party company focused on gold exploration in sub-Saharan Africa. The website is still under construction. 
The only thing is if you search the web there is zero information about this mine. It smells fishy
