She may not know where Ari is now but she can tell you where he "probably" will be in two weeks time.  :)

If I were Ari I'd be in Brasilia right now camped out in front of the bureaucrat's doors holding a "get your butt in gear" sign written in Portguese.  I'd also be offering to buy lunch (and dinner) for the first bureaucrat to walk up to me with the IL in their hand.  But that's just be me.
