Have 45000 shares in my wifes TFSA and about 65000 in mine, unfortunately no more room and I hold my
largest amount in my trading account but not much I can do about that ... But the way I look at it is if I make money I don't mind paying the capital gains tax, it is cheaper then income tax and I have quite a few writeoffs from the properties I own.
But the TFSA is the way to go .. I agree and have made use of both mine and my wifes to trade with since it came out.
