something upI saw where Kailaun energy chemical company LTD, placed $ 40 million for investment in Canada. You can see this on their web site. I have followed this stock for a year due to their gasification plants. This company does about 10 million tons per year.
China is about 15% short on coking coal.
China banks are lending heavily on coal projects in Australia and the US. In fact it is known in the industry if you need capital for mining China is the place to go.
Someone wanted to know what the approximate cost to mine was for the Colorado project. Typical cost per ton in the rail car in New Mexico which is in the same area runs around $ 45.00 all in depending on debt.
I am working on a mine project in New Mexico and just received a quote from a contract miner for $ 26.00 if the equipment is supplied. Our coal is not as thick as the New Elk so our cost would be slightly higher.
Nothing but upside here. Long and strong
Good luck all.
