JMC,  I agree with your sentiments about insider selling and price appreciation, but I am fed up with directors who only seem to care about filling their own pockets and it is probably because, at least in part, they have no vested interest (nothing to lose, except reputation if they are found out).  However, I do appreciate the fact that management has only issued about one tenth the number of options they canceled.  There is a flicker of decency in that.

I am not making excuses, I am thinking out loud so to speak.  Why is it that insiders sell when we see potential?  What is going on?  So, I throw out some of my ideas in the hope others will too.   Maybe we can come to some logical conclusion, of what is at hand with ole.   Is it possible something is amiss with the partner(s)?    One partner must put up capital just like we do.  Did you see, more or less equal to capital raised,  any money or receivables recorded in the financial statements on the partner;s behalf?  I realize they had a free ride for a while but surely that is not the case in the last couple of years!!  My apologies if it is there and I missed it and my gratitude if you point it out.

Yes, I am down.  I was caught in the 2008 downdraft.  I bought on Chet's reputation, the potential of the resource and the mining friendly environment .  The dilution is a prod into my wounds and management doesn't reply to my emails.  The truth, is what I want and then to deal with the it.  Lies or hiding doesn't solve problems,  it's ruinous.

So you see I am not management or a pumper.  The truth would be nice or at least as close as we can get to it.
