Not much point trying to have a fruitful discussion here when posts are removed and no reason is given. SH has the ability to give reasons, but apparently doesn't think it worthwhile for a poster to be informed.

Below is the announcement that I was referring to when I asked whether or not the "investigation" was completed. It seems to be a very long "investigation" and I don't recall seeing any references as to costs associated with the "investigation" in bml filings...although many other costs were stated. Perhaps I missed the reference.

As to my ref. re: results....Perhaps the share price reflects how great those results were, as perceived by the market.

At least someone is quick about having a post removed....seems to be a huge contrast with the speed of the "investigation".

Investors and potential investors often make decisions on company announcements and need to be kept up to date. IMHO>>>>>>>>>

Barker Minerals Announces Flow-throughFinancing
Prince George, B.C., December 30, 2008 –Barker MineralsLtd. (“BML” on TSX/V) (the
“Company”) announced today a non-brokeredprivate placement of 820,000 common share flow-through
units(the “FTUnits”) at a price of
.10 per FT Unit for gross proceeds of$82,000.
EachFT Unit will consist of one Common Share issued on a flow-through basis(the “FT Share”) and one
non-flow-through common share purchasewarrant (a “Warrant”) of the company. Each Warrant will
entitle theholder to acquire one Common Share at a price of
.10 per share for aperiod of twenty four
months following the Closing. Insiders areexpected to acquire all of the FT Units.
The proceeds received fromthe sale of the FT Units will be used to fund work programs onthe company’s
properties.
Legal Action to be Filed
The Companyalso reports that the Board of Directors has authorized the commencement
of legalproceedings against certain persons making defamatory commentsin Internet stock forums, which
may be related to irregulartrading activity being tracked by the Company. The legal action isexpected to
be filed in early 2009.
