RE: RE: RE: Prospectus timeline ...You are one tenacious, persistent son of a gun when you get a bone in sight. aren't you. Just wish Antero wasn't part of your tenacity. Oh well c'est votre vie.
Go nuts with your assumptions, all is anticipated...Having said that, you're research is probably correct and my guess would be the following around prospectus and submission of such, expeditiously or otherwise. First of all, it is my understanding that they have the top security lawyers working on this. There's no turning back now and they will do everything possible to get the bulk sample started. Audited financial statement for 2009 and the MD&A would have to be completed and voted on since , as you noticed, the prospectus will refer to that information. Time-line guess...everything submitted by the end of April to the middle of May. That doesn't mean they aren't working on finalizing plans or organizing terms on the purchase of a DMS plant. Everything is being prepared, costs assumed etc.ready to go when they are given the green light. The question of course is whether that green light is activated by the ELOC draw or another source of financing or both. It won't be long. It will get done and progress beyond our expectations.
