RE: Not a shareholder but following closely...Hi Redrum, as a strong contributor to the TUO board, it's good to see you here. I discovered Foundation and partner Alto after their March 29/10 news release. I made some bucks with a quick flip of Alto, but I'm now looking at these two companies for longer term investments.
.
At the current prices (and market caps) of both Foundation ($4.5M) and Alto ($8.0M), the Coldstream project looks like an exceptional value play.  They appear to be expanding the non NI 43-101 compliant resource significantly with this phase I program. When you consider the southern border of the Coldstream property is within 100 m of the QES zone of the Moss Lake deposit (1.5 million oz), the potential is obvious.
.
IMO, Foundation is the better of the two companies based on the Coldstream project alone, given they have such a tiny market cap and can earn 70%. The primary drawback is they need to finance further drilling for their earn-in.
.
Conversely, ATV has several very interesting projects. They have a similar model to Teuton, where they acquire very prospective properties and then option out 50-70%. This means on this and other projects, they do not have to spend a dime. In addition, these properties have already demonstrated positive results. For my purposes, an extra $3.5 million in market cap is worth it for the additional properties, especially since they do not have to spend their own funds. For this reason, I am investing in ATV over FDN.
.
Good luck.
