RE: Income of CDOLet me clarify something for you. It's not that the markets (real investors) forget about CDO's royalties, it's that they don't care. The royalties they may have rcvd would be too few to make any real impact. What properties does/did CDO have that would generate much (if any) royalties? CDO has had many numerous claims over the past 8+ years, but nothing of any real substance was done w/them. Remember, Rene is simply an apartment/property manager. Nothing of substance has been done on any of CDO's properties, because they don't know what to do w/them. This is why the sp has stayed where it is. You can't just sit on properties for 8+ years and expect things to happen. You have to make them happen yourself. CDO has to make their own story, and not rely on some other company nearby (ex. iii). These are the facts! You can't argue with that.
