I think a factor in when the units are installed is that work in the oil patch in Western Canada is seasonal.There is a winter season and a summer season. Spring breakup is going on right now. A lot of roads have road bans on them right now. I think oil exploration companies have to schedule 6 months in advance. So if they agree to install a unit today its probably 6 months before they can schedule it in.
