- They announced recruitement of the last patient on March 31st  2009 - they could have waited 1 more day for the PR -
so +1 year = April1st !

- Data required by FDA for licence : data at 1 year + more safety data from the second Phase III

and yes, that's before complete terminmation of the first Phase III
