RE: wheres the audit?

RE: wheres the audit?    Hey Rockinwingnut, since your obviously new at this game I'll explain to you what happens.

If the audited results aren't in by the 15th HRG is immediately delisted with no second chance. Not only to your shares become worthless but the regulatory body actually charges each shareholder 87 cents per share (92 cents per share for investors holding a short position) that is due and payable immediately for the costs related to delisting.

If you bought and sold any HRG shares for a profit over the 36 month period prior to the delisting, you must pay back all profits made. If you lost money trading the shares you must pay a penalty equivalent to the dollar amount of your total aggregate loss. If you wear green pants this penalty is doubled.

If you won something on a roll-up-the-rim purchased the day of the delisting, the prize is taxed using a value equal the the caloric equivalent of that prize........meaning if it's a French Vanilla the taxable value is around $ 800.00 and it's considered interest income and not a capital gain.

If results aren't in by the 14th, which for those easily confused by our canadian tax code is the day immediately preceeding the 15th, there will be a surtax imposed on any persons or institutions that visit an adult website immediately prior to, or following, the viewing of any website, forum or internet addspace whether that site be domiciled in Canada or elsewhere that contains a reference to HRG or any of it's directors.

Any attempt by existing shareholders to sell, transfer, short, give, pretend to give, pretend to pretend to give their shares will result in an investigation of the shareholder by the Human Rights commision in the province in which the current shareholder is domiciled. In attempts to hide under your desk, or in the woods, or in the washroom at Walmart or any other large discount retailer will result in a possible jail term or forced, repeated viewings of "So You Think You Can Dance" in high definition with Dolby THX 5.1 theatre sound.

I think we should all hold hands now and pray the audited numbers are in by the 15th. I want you to wash your hands though Rockinwingnut......that was an unusually short post for you and I can only imagine what your other hand was doing while you were single digit pecking that out!
