that is what NovaDx, i.e. MCoal, says on their website:
"MCoal has developed a three-phase mine plan to recover up to five million tons of Rosa Coal over an expected mine life of 12 years. To date, MCoal has recieved all necessary surface and mineral leases and operating permits for the first phase of its operating plan - the recovery of approximately 600,000 tons of Rosa Coal through auger mining techniques"
this 1st phase is good for 6 months production at the envisaged rate of 120000 t/months...
