Trust Answer

Looking good at this point for the original trust participants..

Very busy at the moment (as you might expect), but a quick note back to you on today's announcement. We need to discuss this with the other partcipant's in the Trust to gauge their thoughts, but we are hopeful that the Trust will close this week. If everyone is satisfied and wish to remain on board, there will be no changes to the original deal. However, we need to see where everyone stands first. We should know where we are at later this week. I will, of course, keep you informed.
