A contract for construction of the plant has been issued to Lockerbie Thermo Tech(TM) Inc., a corporation formed by Lockerbie & Hole and Thermo Tech(TM) to build Thermo Master(TM) Plants worldwide. In his reaction to the latest development, J.D.
