"MCoal controls a total mineral reserve of 0.453 million tons of recoverable coal (moist basis), after the application of all mining factors and taking into consideration all relevant processing, economic, marketing, legal, environmental, socioeconomic and regulatory factors."
so in Phase 1it may be 453,000 tons / 12,000t/month = phase 1 mine life of 37.75 months, i.e. about 3 years
