GMN sells Xanzi for $9.1 millionI'm happier with $9mm than this deposit.  It dipped pretty steeply so the strip ratio would have been high and it was never clear to me that it would have been very profitable.  The deposit was relatively small and the sale price seems OK compared to international deals for pre-development projects.
