    You clearly stated you shorted 1.5 mill of HRG shares...........the entire short position is under 400K.......now unless your prepared to provide proof that you have indeed shorted almost 4 times the total short position, then I think we can consider this to be a lie. So you even lied about not lying.

FACTS................2 old mines with exploration being done as we speak to find more reserves, and the cash (and cashflow available to do it), Troika can either hold, sell on the open market or sell back to Severstaal........if they hold it's because they realize the value they're sitting on and are willing to screw their russian friends, if they sell on the open market there are many willing buyers ................if they sell to Severstaal then Severstaal can't vote those shares against the minoritiy shareholders.

    They already tried to snatch the rest of the company from the minority shareholders........they're welcome to try again but the resulting publicity brings attention to how undervalued this company is.

    I'm one of the "oversensitive" longs who bought at 10 cents.........but if you ask most of us......we're patient, confident and more than willing to watch this unfold.

    I'm not sure if your a crook or a dummy..........or maybe both.
