I really can't believe the volume

I know this is exactly what happened leading up to the end of March, however, it is hard to understand why there isn't any action.  Why aren't people speculating in this stock to move one way or another?  It seems the longs are long and no one else wants to buy.
Looking at the chart over the last three months shows that the price is growing far more stable and the volume is dropping like a stone.  If this was an EKG we would soon be declaring the patient dead.
I hope that tomorrow will bring HRG back to life.
