MAJESTIC GOLD PROVIDES UPDATE ON SONG JIAGOU PROPERTY

Majestic Gold Corp. is providing an update on its Song Jiagou property, further to its news release in Stockwatch Feb. 24, 2010. Mining operations conducted by Dahedong Smelter Mill on the Song Jiagou property or Muping mine on behalf of Yantai Zhongia Mining Enterprise (JVCo) for the period Dec. 25, 2009 to Mar 25, 2010, amounted to:
