RE: RE: RE: would argex be a good rrsp investmentanother key element in choosing to invest in a stock inside or outside a TFSA/RRSP account is your time line/long term belief in a company. If u feel your gains will be short term and will be looking to sell/trade the stock in less than a year then do it inside your TFSA/RRSP as these short term gains will not be taxed until taken out. However if you have a stock which you think will go up many multiples but then become a more mature blue chip investment which u will hold long term then do it outside these types of accounts, just in an ordinary trading account as you will hold these potentially many years and will only have to deal with the tax liabilty in the future sometime when u choose to sell the stock. Hope this helps
