Topoftheridge, do you have ideas on why?

I know Research Capital is in a lawsuit with another miner.  They were capital raisers and divulged privileged information to a competitor.   My opinion on them, is that they short sell right up to the share issue.  If Chet wants a higher price on the stock then he should look for another firm and go private if possible.  That would force those shorting crooks to cover in the open market.  Can you imagine what the price would do if these guys had to cover millions of shares sold short?
