Looks like the IL was built into the SP judging by price & volume. I think it's safe to say that the mining permit is a foregone conclusion and what increase we get today can be attributed to the mining permit. So ladies and gentlemen, it appears only drill results will launch this much higher. Now could be the last buying opportunity. Only question remains is do we see drill results before, during or after Lula delivers the mining permit? Once again, why would the President hand deliver a mining permit? Answer: This project has to be a BIG deal for him to do this, and it has to be a BIG deal to the locals for it to have the positive effect that Lula expects from this. The only way this is a BIG deal is if the grades are BIG and the size of the deposit is BIG. Think about it.
