RE: EIC under pressure

RE: EIC under pressureYou must assume that institutions are stupid. Institutions are run by professionals, who are suppose to buy low (like now) and sell high (like 6 months from now). To assume they will start dumping shares is not giving them much credit. EIC has a very strong balance sheet and is in no danger whatever of going under, therefore given it is at five year lows, I expect institutions will do what I did, namely average down while the averaging is good. With respect to recommendations form brokers, brokers only no one way to make recommendations, if is has just gone up, it must be a buy, if it has just gone down, it must be a sell. The surest way to loss money is to follow brokers recommendations.
