RE: Market Activity

RE: Market ActivityLegend,

Trying to talk sense to the Hole in the Wallet Gang is a hopeless task. They've got two major hindrances - denial and comprehension. They don't want to hear the reality that the company they hate is rapidly approaching the milestone into profitability. And they don't have the intellect to understand the business and financial considerations involved with a successful, producing mining company.

Rocksolid gets hung up on extension of minor operating credit facilities. He has the idea that a $500,000 operating credit facility, secured by nickel inventory is some sort of oddity. He has yet to fathom that businesses with product to sell do this financing all the time. As if $500,000 temporary credit is significant to a company headed to cash flow of 100 times that!

And he makes an issue of the US$ being "weak ", at parity with the CAD$. he thinks that the only business that can be done under these circumstances is buying of near worthless NSR's - at "parity".  He hasn't grasped the concept that the Ni price has moved with, and beyond the $CAD gains.

When LBE had their real NI43-101's done - with independent economic viability assessments - the independent experts declared their producing mines economically viable at US$7, CAD$7.78 nickel. With this kind of ignorance Bubbles has missed the fact that $12 (US$/CAD$) means over $4 per pound more bottom line!  Of course being unable to grasp this simple price metric; the $4 per pound and daily deliveries of 33,000 pounds, are lost on him. To those seriously and realistically assessing the impact - $130,000+ per day, directly to the bottom line takes on some meaning - like an increase in annual cash flow of $48 million! The realistic investors that recognize this impact and potential are among those that were buying up 100,000 share chunks the last few days - and continuing today. While the doofuses from the Hole in the Wallet Gang rant about the weak US$.

Legend, don't become discouraged with being unable to educate these shills - they left 12 years of teachers, from Grade 1 to their Grade 5 graduation, 5 pulling out their hair. Just take solace from the fact that those criticizing your forecasts are the same ones that predicted ISM would go to $64.40 in 2007, and have a NI43-101 of 1 billion pounds Ni in 2008. Being criticized by a couple with that track record, can be taken as confirmation that you are on track.
